EXTRUSION BLOW MOULDS

Extrusion blow moulds is one of several blow moulds to produce plastic bottles,jars, jerrycans,toy and tool boxes.It is a common blow moulding technology use to process many different plastics,including HDPE,LDPE,PVC,PC,PP and PETG,and very common with bottles requiring multi-layer technologies(bottles with special oxygen/moisture barrier requirements to improve product compatibility&stability.

DIE & CORES

Die & core is the install on the die head,it is channel of parison from die head.It control the size and shape of parison.Finally it will control the wall thickness of product after blowing.

BLOW PINS

A plastic bottle is formed by extruding a hot plastic parison around a blow pin within a two-part mold.The blow pin is cooled by the air pressure and has an elongated lower tubular portion with air holes which are slanted upwardly to form a selected blow air pattern to aid in forming the handle portion of the bottle.The structure of blow pin include blow pin,blow tip and cutting sleeve.The material of our blow pin is S136H,we use S136H or BeCu for blow tip and the cutting sleeve is SKD11.

DEFLASHING SYSTEM

Device for removing flash from plastic  product produced by blow-moulding.It is include backplate,cutter,mask and air cylinder.

CAP INJECTION MOULDS

The injection molding process involves pouring liquid plastic into a mold and letting it cool until it takes the shape from mold.The shape of your product is used to create a mold and our engineers work with you to design the mold.Proto type testing is used to confirm a production run. The end result is a plastic injection molded part with the lowest tooling cost in the industry.
