Our mould design department with more than 10 years of industry experience.We design 3D cooling systems with less cycle time during the production to help clients create more profits.Our pinch off slot and edge design can be push more material inside the pinch off area and cut off flash material smoothly.To make sure the product successfully pass drop test.
MOULD PRODUCTION
We have complete production system of blow mould,including from CNC programming,purchase raw material, cooling channels processing,CNC processing to assembly moulds.
INSPECTION
To ensure our customer to receive qualified moulds,our QC department will do some test,such as mould size inspection,pinch area parallel test,trial mould,and sample inspection,drop test,top load,leakage test.Perfect quality control process and after sales service is a powerful guarantee for customers.
